Clay serves as Director of Legal and is responsible for building and overseeing the company’s global legal department. He is an experienced Attorney and enjoys being a strategic partner to support fast-paced businesses as well as helping guide the company to respond to the wide variety of matters that come with an increasingly complex global environment. Prior to joining Revalize, Clay was Director, Legal Counsel at Accruent, a SaaS-based facility software company in Austin, TX.
Clay holds a BS in Political Science from TCU and a JD from Texas A&M University. Clay and his wife Kelsey live in Austin raising their three boys: Dutch, Wade, and Clark. Clay enjoys cars, fitness, and spending time outdoors with his family.
