Keith leads Revalize’s Corporate Development function where he oversees M&A activity for the company. Keith brings an established software acquisition track record having successfully completed over $1bn in transaction value in North America and Europe and will continue to drive Revalize’s entry to new geographies and vertical markets.
Prior to Revalize, Keith has spent over a decade in strategic roles, most recently serving as the VP of Corporate Development at Accruent, a leading provider of facilities management software. He began his career in the agriculture industry before moving to consulting, with roles at ICF International, and later with Deloitte.
Keith earned his B.S. from Virginia Tech and his MBA from The College of William & Mary. He is an avid outdoorsman and lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and two kids.
