Version 26.1.1.001 of TENADO METALL 3D introduces numerous technical improvements that make design processes more efficient and future-proof. With new generators, expanded functions, and a modernized software core, this update marks an important step toward more powerful 3D design.

New Generator for Stiffening Ribs

  • Creation of stiffening ribs on I-beams and, for the first time, also on U-beams.

New Features for More Efficient Designing

Haunch

  • Reinforcements for frame corners on I-beams.
  • Combination of haunch, end plate, and optional stiffening ribs.
  • Adjustable haunch length and height, automatic angle adjustment, up to five rows of bolts.

Notches

  • Generation of notches on I-beams for classic steel skeleton construction applications.
  • Dimensions according to DSTV standard or freely definable.
  • Single- or double-sided; additional processing at web corners (chamfer or rounding).

Improved OEM 26 Software Core

Upgrading from Inventor OEM 25 to 26 directly improves design performance. Users benefit from optimized sheet metal functions with a modernized user interface that simplifies transitions with fewer clicks. More efficient sheet metal and patterning workflows lead to faster sheet modeling, less adjustment effort, and improved manufacturing output. Also included in the release are the ability to import and export of IFC files, as well as performance adjustments for enhanced stability.

Version 26.1.1.001 offers a significantly more powerful toolset for metal construction. New generators, extended functions, and an updated software core ensure higher precision, better performance, and more efficient workflows in daily design processes.
