The powerful 3D CAD software, already trusted by numerous metal construction companies in Germany, has recently become available to metalworkers and design engineers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. In addition, through its new collaboration with TREPEDIA, TENADO is addressing one of the most complex issues in metal construction: the error-free and efficient updating of staircase designs.

Tailored to the metalworking industry, TENADO METAL 3D combines more than 35 years of industry experience with Autodesk technology and modern, time-saving features such as generators for stairs and railings, a point-cloud function for processing data captured via 3D scans, and extensive sheet-metal processing tools. With specialized features for bars, profiles, and base plates, as well as automatic evaluation, users benefit from material-oriented workflows and accurate results. In addition, the intuitive user interface makes it easy to get started without prior knowledge, supported by regular software updates and reliable customer support.

Expanded capabilities for staircase design

Furthermore, TENADO expands its functionality in staircase design: Through a new collaboration with the Dutch company TREPEDIA, users of TENADO METAL 3D now have access to a broader range of stair variants. Stair designs created in the TREPEDIA Stairs Module can be imported directly into TENADO METAL 3D and further processed in ongoing projects. This significantly reduces manual calculations and adjustments and enables much more efficient planning, combination, and derivation of complex staircase designs in 3D. Future plans include gradually expanding the range of functions to include more design-focused data and features.
