Sofon Web Edition 2023 1.2 – Key Release Highlights

Advanced model development in web studio

  • We’ve enhanced model development capabilities, bringing new structure items and a more robust condition builder into the web environment.
  • This expansion allows for smoother development, testing, and deployment of models within a single platform.

New QIS API capabilities

  • With our expanded REST API features, we’ve made integration more seamless than ever. The new API capabilities allow real-time communication with external systems.
  • This allows for automation of tasks including quote creation and updates, data retrieval, and system interactions.

Customer-driven improvements for web and WPO

  • We’ve rolled out a range of customer-focused features based on your feedback, including alternative project versions, predefined configurations, and smarter verification of quote fields
  • These updates are designed to enhance usability, save time, minimize errors, and make your daily tasks more efficient.

Improved SAP integration and new web integration services

  • For those utilizing SAP, we’ve introduced a “Send to SAP” feature that simplifies order creation with automatic updates and logging.
  • A new web integration service reduces redundancy by consolidating shared source code.

General performance enhancement and bug fixes

  • We’ve made numerous performance improvements and fixed key bugs to enhance platform reliability.
  • These updates include better data handling, smoother display functions, and corrections to calculated columns.
