Revalize robust order interface processes customer orders and then sends the order details out to the SAP as a sales order. Complete bill of material data is also sent to SAP for any configurations included in the order.
Material data is automatically imported from SAP as item masters for use on bills of material and orders. Any new item masters created in part of a configuration are exported SAP as new materials.

Revalize is an IFS Applications CPQ solution that maximizes efficiency to create quotes, orders, and bills of material for configurable products. We build all of our integrations to IFS using Connect Advanced to fit precisely with your company’s needs for both the ERP and CRM features in IFS Applications.

IFS integration can be used to create fully priced product configurations that export to IFS with a complete bill of material and dynamically generated routing instructions. Part records from the IFS Applications ERP can be imported for inclusion on BOMs, quotes, and orders. Configurations that use new or unique parts are then exported to IFS for future use.
Create customer quotes using Revalize expansive quoting features to generate proposal documents linked to the IFS Applications CRM. When customers are ready to buy, convert the quote to an order and send the order details to IFS.
