Release highlights:

Enterprise Product and Lifecycle Manager (EPAL)

  • With new options for reference and article descriptions, we’ve made it easier for users to set a reference product name and choose to display either the reference name or product description in the sales configurator. This capability optimizes the configuration experience—adding clarity during the configuration process and reducing error.
  • We have extended the help and information pages from Web Proposal Organizer to EPAL, allowing users to quickly access additional information about product options. With easier access to this information, users can readily address questions and improve product option selections, reducing errors and saving time.
  • Save time and effort by copying predefined products when creating new products or variants. This ability also ensures consistency across product structure and attributes, enabling accurate replication of relationships, configurations, and other key product data.

Sofon QIS – Dealer Portal

  • Streamline quoting workflows with new approval flow for dealer quotes. Standardize processes, enhance accuracy, and reduce risk of profit margin erosion by ensuring oversight on and consistency with dealer pricing and discounting policies.
  • Assign company users to sales organizations and optimize common workflows while enhancing security and data privacy. With more granular control over permissions, you can ensure that only authorized users have critical access to data.
  • Additional key enhancements include improved data caching for better performance and stability, the capability to auto select the latest pricelist on opening quotes—saving time and streamlining quoting, new currency display—ensuring pricing consistency and accuracy, and the option to skip reports during the verify stage—optimizing workflows.

Sofon Web Proposal Organizer

  • Swiftly perform bulk actions by creating multiple items, products, or configurations within a quote simultaneously—saving time, enhancing accuracy, and streamlining the quoting process.
  • Optimize workflows with our new option to view configurations in a separate browser tab. Easily cross-reference information without interfering with or overwriting data—enhancing efficiency and reducing risk of error.

Web Studio Enhancements

  • Enjoy enhanced performance and an enriched user experience with improvements to bundle configurations, attribute maintenance, and product selector catalog distribution.
  • Admins now have the flexibility to choose bundle configurations that should be available for use or export in the production environment.
