Chief Executive Officer
Mike’s career spans more than 25 years across technology, software, and data businesses.
An experienced, strategic leader, Mike has a proven track record of building and developing strong teams, driving go-to-market strategies and propelling growth. Prior to joining Revalize, Mike spent three years as the CEO of SNH Automotive Group, comprised of National Credit Center (“NCC”) and Promax. Previously, he held multiple senior leadership positions at the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, including overseeing Global Business Solutions as Executive Vice President and General Manager. Early in his career, Mike had the privilege of serving as Captain in the US Army.
Mike earned his B.A. from Notre Dame and MBA in Finance from the Wharton School. He resides in Chatham, New Jersey, with his wife and three daughters.

Heather Boyd is a global marketing executive with 20+ years in tech, specializing in building high-return marketing strategies and scaling standout teams in fast-growth environments. Heather leads with a strategic, outcomes-first mindset and believes that marketing should serve as a proactive business partner and growth driver—not merely a supporting act.
Prior to Revalize, Heather was VP of Marketing at Auctane, where she led the international marketing team as they built awareness and generated demand for e-commerce delivery solutions. As Marketing Director, EMEA at Oracle, Heather led digital demand programs for Oracle SaaS Applications in EMEA, focusing on Finance, HR, and Customer Experience functions. Previously, she served as Director of Global Marketing at CEB (now Gartner).
Heather holds a BA in Legal Studies from University of California, Berkeley. When she’s not curing her wanderlust with her latest travel adventure, Heather resides in Northern Virginia with her two daughters and Paddington, the mischievous Goldendoodle.

Jason Boys leads Revalize's functions for Professional Services, Customer Support, and Technology Operations, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence and a deep understanding of Revalize customers and their needs. Prior to Revalize, Jason worked in leadership roles at IBM, including multiple business unit COO roles in IBM’s Hybrid Cloud group, led Customer Success for IBM’s Watson Media group, and held various Program Management roles. He brings a wealth of experience in operations and business management in software and services businesses.
Jason holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a BS in Finance and Marketing from Florida State University. When he is not spending time with his wife and two sons, Jason is an avid sports fan who still believes the Detroit Lions can win the Super Bowl.

Chief Sales Officer
Susan Michaels is a customer-centric sales and go-to-market executive with over 25+ years of experience accelerating sales growth across leading organizations, from private-equity backed to Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to Revalize, Susan was an Operating Partner at Presidio Investors, a private equity firm focused on investing in lower middle market companies. As an Operating Partner, she served on the Board of Directors of Bravas and Almaden (two of Presidio’s portfolio companies) and also provided strategic consulting.
Prior to Presidio, Susan served as the Chief Sales Officer for Janes, the leading global open-source military and national security intelligence company. She was recruited by Janes to lead top-line revenue growth and establish the system and processes needed for Janes to operate as an independent company after it was carved out from IHSMarkit. She also held senior global sales and alliance roles at Dun and Bradstreet and LexisNexis leading teams responsible for direct and indirect sales.
Susan serves on the Board of Directors of Compass Pro Bono Washington, DC, a leading non-profit focused on forging lasting ties between local nonprofits and local business professionals through pro bono consulting. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Davidson College.
Chief Financial Officer
John brings significant experience in finance, accounting, and general management. Most recently, John was Chief Administrative Officer at Kibo Commerce. Prior to that, Chief Financial Officer for Lanyon and Infogroup; and earlier, held senior leadership roles at Sabre Holdings.
John brings an abundance of experience, passion, and energy around building a great finance function, leadership depth, and high performing teams. He resides in Dallas, Texas.
Chief of Staff
In her role as Chief of Staff, Anna partners with the executive leadership team to strategize and accelerate the delivery of key priorities. Her focus is on cross-functional alignment, disciplined execution, and enhanced business performance in support of our company’s long-term vision.
Before joining Revalize, Anna served as Vice President of Transformation Initiatives at First Advantage, where she led complex integration and optimization programs following major acquisitions. Previously, she was Head of Business Operations for the Finance and Risk Solutions division at Dun & Bradstreet, overseeing global operating rhythms, performance management, and strategic growth initiatives.
In addition to an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University, Anna earned a BA in General Science from Brandeis University and has certifications in project management and driving growth through strategic partnerships. Anna and her husband live in Livingston, New Jersey with their two children and Bernese Mountain dog. Her interests include reading and spending time outdoors.

Christine serves as the Chief Talent and Productivity Officer. In her role, she is responsible for building a highly productive employee population by implementing best in class recruiting practices, learning and development programs as well as talent management strategies.
Christine’s career spans more than 25 years across human resources, general business management, business transformation and engineering. Prior to joining Revalize, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer with Eagleview a PE backed technology company and she has held leadership roles at Kodak Alaris and Xerox.
Christine has a Masters in Applied and Mathematical Statics from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Masters in Engineering from Miami University in Ohio. She resides on Sodus Bay in North Rose, NY with her husband.
Chief Product & Technology Officer
In his role as Chief Product & Technology Officer, Michael is responsible for leading our product teams to enhance and refine our product strategy and roadmap. Michael is an experienced product management executive with proven success in managing complex product lines and delivering compelling customer value driven roadmaps. During his 20+ years of product leadership, Michael has consistently demonstrated an ability to understand the marketplace, his customers’ needs and then leverage that insight to drive growth.
Most recently, Michael spent over 5 years with AGDATA as the Head of Product Management. Prior to that, he had roles in product management at Wolters Kluwer and Dun & Bradstreet. He earned his Bachelor's degree from James Madison University and holds an MBA in Marketing, Finance, and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Michael lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and three children.
