Revalize Customer Portal Login Guide

Welcome to the Revalize Customer Portal Login Guide! Follow these simple steps to log in for the first time.

1. Welcome Email

  • As a new user, you will receive a welcome email from noreply@revalizesoftware.com.  
  • This email contains a link to set up your password. Please ensure you check your Junk mail folder if you don't see the message in your inbox.

2. Set Your Password

  • Click the link in the welcome email to set your password.
  • Your password must contain at least 8 characters, including at least one letter and one number.

3. Accept Terms of Use

  • Before using the Portal, you must review and accept the Revalize Terms of Use.

4. Log In to the Portal

5. Forgot Your Password?

  • If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Your Password" link on the login page.
  • Enter your registered email address to receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. This process may take a few minutes.
