Chief Executive Officer
Mike’s career spans more than 25 years across technology, software, and data businesses.
An experienced, strategic leader, Mike has a proven track record of building and developing strong teams, driving go-to-market strategies and propelling growth. Prior to joining Revalize, Mike spent three years as the CEO of SNH Automotive Group, comprised of National Credit Center (“NCC”) and Promax. Previously, he held multiple senior leadership positions at the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, including overseeing Global Business Solutions as Executive Vice President and General Manager. Early in his career, Mike had the privilege of serving as Captain in the US Army.
Mike earned his B.A. from Notre Dame and MBA in Finance from the Wharton School. He resides in Chatham, New Jersey, with his wife and three daughters.
Chief Delivery Officer
Francisco leads the teams responsible for the core delivery functions at Revalize focused on product development and deployment, content management, and operating the infrastructure on which the company runs.
He has a 15-year career in technology spanning Infrastructure as a Service, Edge Delivery Services, Enterprise Software Development, and IT Outsourcing Services. His expertise lies in leveraging analytics and operational excellence to drive accelerated growth and transformations. Francisco has an MS&E in Materials Science from UT Austin and a B.S in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. He is a passionate golfer, windsurfer, and mountain biker in addition to being an avid audio enthusiast.
Chief Financial Officer
John brings significant experience in finance, accounting, and general management. Most recently, John was Chief Administrative Officer at Kibo Commerce. Prior to that, Chief Financial Officer for Lanyon and Infogroup; and earlier, held senior leadership roles at Sabre Holdings.
John brings an abundance of experience, passion, and energy around building a great finance function, leadership depth, and high performing teams. He resides in Dallas, Texas.
Chief of Staff
Alyssa serves as Chief of Staff and head of M&A integration. In her role as Chief of Staff, works across the business and drives transformative cross-functional initiatives.
Alyssa previously served as Head of HR and M&A at an acquisitive PE-backed company. Prior Alyssa worked as a consultant on over 35 acquisitions and many transformational HR initiatives.
Alyssa has a BA in psychology from the University of Buffalo, with a focus on social and industrial-organizational psychology. As a proud parent to four kids, Alyssa enjoys watching their various activities including fencing, soccer, chess, robotics, and dance. Alyssa is an avid reader and loves nonfiction books.
Chief Revenue Officer
Jason Rupert is a transformational sales and marketing leader with a strategic philosophy centered on customer satisfaction, strong work culture and building high-performing teams. A veteran software executive, Jason has held numerous senior global sales, marketing, and operations roles where most previously he was the Chief Growth Officer at Pushpay, a SaaS based payments provider for the faith, education, and nonprofit space.
Jason has also held previous executive positions at Symplr, Worldpay/FIS, NCR Corporation, Digital Insight, and Intuit. At Symplr, Jason served as the Chief Revenue Officer, a SaaS-based healthcare operations provider, providing enterprise level software solutions to medical facilities. His areas of expertise also include leading marketing, professional services, customer success and go-to-market teams through change to achieve top-line revenue growth. Jason places high value on client and prospect relationships throughout the sales lifecycle and beyond.
Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas. Jason lives with his family in Rogers, Arkansas, US.

Chief Corporate Development Officer
As Chief Corporate Development Officer, Oliver drives our inorganic growth engine. In close collaboration with our CEO, and Board of Directors, he leads all global acquisition initiatives at Revalize.
Prior to joining Revalize, Oliver was the Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer at Harver, where he led a series of acquisitions and a successful recapitalization of the business. He has held multiple senior leadership positions, including having served as CFO and CCO. Oliver began his career in management consulting, after which he founded, grew, and successfully sold his own software company.
Oliver earned his B.A. from Brown University and MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. He currently lives in Geneva, Switzerland, with his wife and 4 kids.
Chief Talent and Productivity Officer
Christine serves as the Chief Talent and Productivity Officer. In her role, she is responsible for building a highly productive employee population by implementing best in class recruiting practices, learning and development programs as well as talent management strategies.
Christine’s career spans more than 25 years across human resources, general business management, business transformation and engineering. Prior to joining Revalize, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer with Eagleview a PE backed technology company and she has held leadership roles at Kodak Alaris and Xerox.
Christine has a Masters in Applied and Mathematical Statics from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Masters in Engineering from Miami University in Ohio. She resides on Sodus Bay in North Rose, NY with her husband.
Chief Product Officer
In his role as Chief Product Officer, Michael is responsible for leading our product teams to enhance and refine our product strategy and roadmap. Michael is an experienced product management executive with proven success in managing complex product lines and delivering compelling customer value driven roadmaps. During his 20+ years of product leadership, Michael has consistently demonstrated an ability to understand the marketplace, his customers’ needs and then leverage that insight to drive growth.
Most recently, Michael spent over 5 years with AGDATA as the Head of Product Management. Prior to that, he had roles in product management at Wolters Kluwer and Dun & Bradstreet. He earned his Bachelor's degree from James Madison University and holds an MBA in Marketing, Finance, and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Michael lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and three children.
