Welcome to the Revalize Customer Portal Registration Guide! Follow these simple steps to create your account and start accessing our support services.

Step-by-Step Registration Process

  • Click on the “Sign Up” link on the login page.

3. Fill in Your Information

  • Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Company Name, and select your preferred Language.
  • Click “Create Account” to proceed.
Fill out the Revalize sign-up form, requesting your first name, last name, email, and company. Access language options like English, Español, Polski, and Deutsch. Use our support portal for seamless case creation with the Create Account button at the bottom.
What Happens Next?
Our registration process will attempt to match the information you provided to account information in our system.
  • If there is a match, you will see an on-screen message asking you to check your email for next steps. This process takes just a few minutes. Please ensure you check your junk or spam folders if no follow-up message appears in your inbox.
  • If there is not a match, you will see an on-screen message indicating that the Customer Support team will review your request. The Customer Support team targets to complete the review process within two business days. If your request is approved, you will receive an email regarding next steps.
  • If there are questions regarding your registration request Customer Support will contact you to discuss.
