As we move through the second half of 2022, we’re faced with an unprecedented set of economic contradictions. Across most industrialized nations, GDP is likely to have contracted in the first half of the year, but job growth remains strong. Inflation is leading to low consumer confidence, but consumers are still spending.  How do we plan our businesses in these circumstances?

At Revalize, we have confidence that the manufacturing sector will power through these notions, and continuing to invest in supporting our customers. 

Now, more than ever, tight integration across the manufacturing enterprise is critical to operational efficiency and market responsiveness. We’re accomplishing this in a number of ways: 

– The introduction of our PRO.FILE Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform. PRO.FILE empowers customers to capture critical product data that can be referenced by engineering, the shop floor, marketing, and sales can be a huge difference maker in a period of reduced demand, and equally important as demand rebounds.  We’re also rolling out our new Customer Support Portal. This comprehensive portal harnesses the power of our global user base to deliver a world-class user experience and develops a community of peer advisory for Revalize customers.  

It’s hard to believe that it’s only been a year since we launched Revalize.  Our ambition then was to create a global software company, to scale for multi-national manufacturers, while maintaining sector-specialization for our customers. While we’ve had some challenges as we’ve consolidated the 17 industry-leading brands we acquired, I am pleased with the progress we’ve made against that ambition, and looked forward to our continued growth together.
