Invoicing will have a different appearance than what you have received previously and will be delivered from NetSuite. Please coordinate with your IT team to ensure that these are not getting blocked and sent to your junk folder. You will notice the Revalize branding on the top of the invoices. You are still contracted with the same companies as you were previously (LeadMethod, MicroD, Attainia, BCA Technologies), however the companies are now a wholly owned subsidiaries of Revalize, Inc. Additionally, there have been changes to the remittance advice and related bank accounts listed on the invoice and will be detailed within payments below.
We now offer secure payment processing via ACH, bank transfer, and credit card for invoices through “Pay Now” link and through myaccount.revalizesoftware.com. Please contact us at [email protected] if you need assistance submitting a payment. Any paper check remittances should be routed to the address as listed on the invoice. If you need revised copies of W-9, please contact us and we will gladly provide.
Sales taxes will now be included on all invoices unless we are provided the applicable exemption certificate. We engaged external tax advisors to perform a nexus study to ensure that we comply with sales and use taxes across all product offerings and the specific states in which we conduct business. The results of this study determined that there were a number of states that had nexus over the sales of our software and services meaning that they have the right to tax revenues. To ensure compliance to the state authorities, we will be including the applicable sales tax on all invoices going forward. Thank you for your cooperation on this matter.
