Mubea

The lightweight construction experts at Mubea build heavy duty spring components for the automotive industry. Mubea supplies all automobile manufacturers worldwide as well as leading tier 1 system suppliers.
Mubea has consolidated the IT solutions for its product lifecycle management, CAD, and business management in PRO.FILE to facilitate project collaboration of its international subsidiaries. The solution is integrated with the CATIA and Solid Edge CAD systems with more than 40 engineers working in locations across the globe.

An integration between the CAD system and Infor ERP Xpert enables the company to automatically transfer its item master data and bills of materials from PRO.FILE to the ERP solution. On top of that, Mubea is using PROOM as a private cloud solution to exchange CAD data with its customers.

Founded in 1982 as LSW Maschinenfabrik GmbH, the company now operating as KUKA Systems GmbH is a supplier to the automotive industry. Its Assembly & Test division builds computer-based automation systems for the efficient assembly of driveline products.
KUKA Systems uses PRO.FILE to manage and document its product development processes and quality management of production lines across departmental boundaries. The optimization of its parts management both with regard to drawings and norm and purchased parts were among the company’s main reasons for implementing PRO.FILE.

KUKA Systems achieved this by integrating PRO.FILE with SolidWorks and PARTsolutions from CADENAS on the engineering/IT level and with SAP on the business/IT level von CADENAS.

FELLA-Werke GmbH is based in Nuremberg, Germany is internationally renowned for its innovations in agricultural machinery for crop harvesting and harvesting technology. FELLA has been a fully-owned subsidiary of AGCO Corporation since 2011.
FELLA-Werke GmbH uses PRO.FILE for to manage its product data throughout its design, quality assurance, IT, and shop floor control departments. In addition to automating the revision management of approved drawings, FELLA is now also able to create and maintain its spare parts booklets. This is further supported by integrations with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
