Langzauner

Headquartered in Austria, Maschinenfabrik Langzauner GmbH specializes in automation solutions and composite presses. The company’s expertise is sought after the world over. Fongs Europe

Headquartered in Schwäbisch Hall, Germany, Fong’s Europe GmbH is a member of the Chinese Fong’s Group and is renowned internationally as a specialist manufacturer of textile finishing machinery for piece and yarn dyeing.
Fong’s Europe reorganized the way it manages its product data with PRO.FILE. The data is no longer stored locally in the file system, but in a single location in PRO.FILE. This results in consistent item master data across CAD and ERP, current and valid production documents and automated BOM comparisons.

By bringing together all relevant documents as a single work order and facilitating the retrieval of these documents in addition to giving Fong’s the ability to manage its versions, establish traceability, and create where-used lists, the solution helped streamline the company’s manufacturing processes.

Zeppelin

As a world leading plant engineering company for the handling of high-quality bulk materials and liquids, Zeppelin Systems serves the plastic, rubber and tire, chemical, and food and beverage industries.
Currently, 350 users at Zeppelin REIMELT use PRO.FILE to make documents available throughout the enterprise and manage their engineering and QM documents. In addition to the SAP integration, a total 0f 130 CAD workstations are integrated with the company’s AutoCAD, Solid Edge, and SolidWorks systems.

Scheuch

Scheuch GmbH is a market leader in air and environmental technology. Headquartered in Austria, the plant manufacturer offers a full range of products for efficient extraction, dedusting and pneumatic transport, as well as economical exhaust gas and flue gas cleaning systems.
Scheuch uses PRO.FILE as its central DMS solution. Its integration with the company’s existing CAD-related PDM system allows Scheuch to efficiently manage its CAD drawings, BOMs, and item and part master data. What’s more, PRO.FILE also integrates all non-technical documents from neighboring systems such as the ERP system, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.

This introduced a seamless PLM approach in which PRO.FILE serves as the central hub for business-critical data from a wide variety of IT systems, making it available to authorized users, and archiving it to provide viable audit trails.
